His approach is pragmatic and results-driven, ensuring that AI initiatives are deployed with clear governance, meaningful outcomes, and balanced focus on both short- and long-term priorities.He has advised leading organisations such as the Economic Development Board of Singapore, Unilever, Singapore Airlines, the Asian Development Bank, and Telstra, guiding them through technology-driven business transformation and digital innovation.In recent years, as a Chief Digital Advisor for Microsoft, Craig focused on transformation and AI strategy, helping organizations navigate AI adoption, balance risks and opportunities, and drive real business value.
